sales training book
I'm presently reading the first sales training book in my life. I wonder how I wanted to be a trainer without any conceptual knowledge ! But then, I had no access and Lawry is too bad a guy to take help from. Here it is :
" Training methods that work " by Lois B.Hart.
In this compact, less than 100 page book, he makes mention of other books :
1) " Approaches to Training and development " by Dugan Laird.
2) " Developing Instructional Design" by Geri McAdle.
3) " Saying Hello ; Getting our Group Started " By Lois hart.
4) " Encyclopedia of Ice Breakers " by University Associates.
